maTransports brings the whole mission together in a single dossier.
A quote is priced from your tariff grid, and every price shows where it came from. An accepted quote becomes a mission in one click — with the same lines, down to the centime.
The driver works from a phone: the office provides the login code, the status changes with a single tap, and the CMR photo goes out as soon as there’s a signal. On the ferry or in the mountains, nothing is lost.
The system won’t let you make a mistake where mistakes are expensive: a truck or a driver with an expired required document won’t be assigned to a mission, an invoice won’t be issued without a signed CMR, and an invoice number never goes missing.
And the money is visible ahead of time. Obvious statement lines reconcile themselves; for the rest, the system suggests, and you confirm. The forecast tells you not only how much you’ll have at the end of the quarter, but also which week things will get tight.
And margin comes as two figures: direct margin — what the documents say, and net margin — after overheads. Never mixed together.
