Here, a mission isn't a row in a spreadsheet — it's a dossier. It holds everything you'll need later: who drove and with which truck, which route, what happened along the way, what it costs, and which documents belong to it.

The first surprise is the rig. A semi-trailer doesn't always stay behind one tractor unit: at Tanger Med, it's handed over to another truck. One mission can have several tractor units and several drivers, and every relay is recorded — where and when. In Excel, that's two rows nobody can reconcile later.

Every step gets its time from the driver's phone: they tap "Arrived", and the stamp is already in the dossier. When a customer tells you a month later, "you were late," you'll have a log, not a memory.

The pricing mode — "Free price" or "All-inclusive" — comes with the quote and shows right in the dossier's finance heading.

And most importantly: I press "Edit", and some fields are already unavailable. The loading plan closes once loading has started; crew and trailer, once the mission has left — from then on, it's a relay. A closed mission can't be edited at all. That's not bureaucracy, it's protection: you can't rewrite after the fact what has already happened.

And a double click on save won't create a second mission: the button is locked while saving, and the number is issued together with the mission itself.

Everything that happened stays in the dossier.
